Shipping Information
Our Shipping Times:
(Currently our shipping method is via United States Postal Service).
Orders are shipped out Monday -Thursday 9am to 4pm (Eastern time)
Fridays 9:00am to 2:30pm (Eastern time)
Orders are shipped the same day if this was placed before 2:00pm Business days, if the order was placed after 2:00pm this will be shipped out the next business day.
If we are out of stock of the item you have ordered, one of our representatives will contact you with the option of changing the order or place you in back order, and will give you an estimated time.
In order to protect our customers’ privacy, we will no longer be able to ship merchandise to a separate address from the billing address on orders over $49.99. The billing address AND shipping address MUST match in order for us to ship an order over $49.99. The only exception to this will be shipping to APO/FPO addresses; however, the billing information MUST match the credit card being used to make the purchase. Any information that does not match will cause a delay in shipment or possible cancellation of the order.

When will I receive my order?
Domestic Orders
E-Cigarette-USA currently provides free shipping and handling with any order over $49.99 via United States Postal Service (First Class Mail).
Shipping time usually takes between 3 to 7 Business days.
Free Shipping for Retail customers within the United States for orders over $49.99
Once an order is shipped, E-Cigarette-USA has no further responsibility in the event a package is lost, stolen or damaged.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we no longer ship internationally due to customs refusing shipments.
Wholesale customers
Shipping rates will be calculated at time of shipment. Any additional shipping charges will be added to the order when processing. Wholesale packages will be shipped out via USPS priority mail, unless the customer requests express mail.
Tax:
We charge 6.0% FL sales tax for all sales within the State of Florida.
